With over 15 years connecting Cusco and Quillabamba, Cusela needed an image that moved beyond the traditional to embrace modernity. We transformed their visual identity to convey absolute safety, punctuality, and the sophistication of their new 'Cuselite' fleet, positioning them as the premium choice in ground transportation.

The transport sector is often perceived as informal or unsafe. The challenge was to radically change that perception. Cusela needed a clean, tech-focused identity applied consistently from bus livery to the digital purchasing experience, communicating trust to tourists and locals alike.
We designed a dynamic branding system that evokes speed and precision. On the digital front, we developed a simplified user experience (UX) for itinerary checking and launched segmented digital advertising campaigns that increased occupancy on key routes, highlighting the 'Cuselite' service.
