Alpaca Expeditions isn't just a travel agency; it is Peru's #1 tour operator. Our challenge was to translate their "Local, Indigenous, Sustainable" philosophy into a digital identity that reflects their leadership on the Inca Trail and their unwavering commitment to the welfare of their porters (The Green Machine).
The Challenge
Humanizing the booking of an epic adventure.
With thousands of positive reviews, the challenge wasn't selling, but communicating the why. The brand needed to balance service luxury with the authenticity of its indigenous roots, facilitating the purchasing decision for an international user who values ethics as much as adventure.
We refined the visual identity to be premium yet accessible. The UX design focused on information clarity: detailed itineraries, profiles of the "Green Machine" (porters), and transparency in sustainability, creating a navigation flow that educates before selling.
